Sorry that I haven't written anything for a while guys, but when I started this blog I made a promise to myself that I would only write when something exciting/celebrity related/so on and so forth happened to me.
So for a while there it looked like nothing exciting was going on for me in relation to my life and the benefits I get through being a musician's daughter. That was, until yesterday.
I spent the day on the Central Coast with my best friend Ajay and Australian Idol Finalist Ben McKenzie. I think I mentioned before how Ben is a talented photographer? Well, yesterday was my time to shine when he asked me to be a model for one of his photoshoots. I was more than happy to do so: but a little nervous, I must admit, as the last time I properly modelled would have been about 12 years ago!
Anyway, these are the end results. I must admit I was extremely taken aback when he showed me them. For one, wow. For two, you can't even tell it was the coldest day of the year when the photos were taken. For three, I feel pretty. =)
Ben did a fantastic job with both the editing and the photography: he and Ajay were the best shoot directors. I really felt like a real model there on Terrigal Beach, and in a random alley way somewhere in the Central Coast! People did stare a bit, mainly because I looked like a massive hussy, but you know what? It's all in a day's work =]
